On our last day, we had to drive back to St. Louis to the airport.
On the way we stopped by the Richmond Pioneer Cemetery.
It has a marker honoring the three witnesses to the Book of Mormon.
Oliver Cowdery is actually buried here.
Pieces of headstones were saved during the restoration
of the cemetery and preserved in slabs of concrete.
Many graves were unmarked, so it is not
known how many saints are buried here.
