LABOR DAY- Sept. 7, 2015
A large family gathering met at Grandma Davis'
old home on Main St. to watch the parade.
We ran into some of the Hayes which was fun.
The weather could not have been more beautiful.
The kids and Katie wanted to be up close just in case there was candy!
See how many of these people you can identify.
This was Baby Wil's first parade.
All the Mellor's were there. (Ammon wanted to join them.)
Ammon at Beer Can Flat Luke, Katie a nd Leia at Maple Lake.
Janna and Ammon at Maple Lake
The Lake was surprisingly big with our recent drought. Hints of autumn were beginning to appear.
The lake hosted a LARGE population of snails and gold fish.
Leia and Ammon want to follow the trail to the bridge.
We stopped by the cattails for a quick picture.
And...we were off to the bridge as soon as the Mellors arrived.
Kaleb, Luke, Leia, Katie, Haylie, and Hayden on the bridge.
This is a traditonal shot and I managed to get
my foot that high! :) Katie and I

Kaleb and Ammon doing some exploring.
Aunt Brendi stayed with the cars and played with Gabriel.
We stopped for a picnic.
THEN A FEW OF US WENT TO PCT's PRODUCTION OF PETER PAN.
One of the pirates with Ammon and Janna.
This little Indian used to live in Florida next to Janna.
This is the play crew.
After dropping Grandma Anna off at home, we went over
to Uncle Kieth's house for an evening buggy ride.
Hoss is used to heading out from the barn. He did not like stopping for pictures.
There was a near disaster just as this unintentional clip ended. Hoss could not get the
wagon up and over the hill with the stop outside the barn for pictures. OPPS!
When the wagon started pulling him backwards...he panicked! All is well that
ends well. Everyone carefully got out and Uncle Kieth took Hoss for a jog around
the block to settle down. The rest of the ride couldn't have been more pleasant.

The rest of us relaxed while Uncle Kieth and Hoss were gone.
You will notice that ALL the Andersons were there in
the wagon, although only the clip would confirm that.
On our buggy ride we met a bear.
We circled all the way around Spring Lake.
On the route home we got a great view of Payson Temple.
We discovered that Hoss is bomb prove as long as he is
pulling the wagon and not the other way around. :
Old Hoss was lathered up a bit so Dad and Uncle Kieth brushed him down.
THEN IT WAS DOG SHOW TIME!
All of Uncle Kieth's dogs can play a mean game of fetch!
