Enjoy some scenes from the Levan 24th parade.
It started at 10:00 a.m. and we were home by 10:30 a.m.!
Tyler, McKade, Story, Trevor, and Dallin
Bryce and Sharon Christensen were the Grand Marshalls this year.
They were honored at the flag raising ceremony earlier that morning.
Levan now has a Town Youth Council.
This is Jaxon Pulver and his Grandpa on an old tractor.
This is the entire Travis and Heather Ballow family...plus one.
(The one on the tractor is Tyrel's little boy.)
AT THE PARK
They had a cool game this year. For $1 you could fish with your
bare hands in this pool. If you caught a fish you got to keep it.
Darcy, Rocky and Emily came! Luke shared his puffy cheetos.
The toddlers were drawn to Tyler.
Kyla rides my bus.
She and her dad are rock hounds and have collected some rare rocks.
Miss Alicia found us. Gabe thought she was funny!
BACK AT HOME
We put the grill master to work for dinner
rather than have Navajo Tacos at the park.

Tyler and Katie show off their cool shirts from their first family 5K.
They did the Temple to Temple 5K earlier that
day and set a family PR of "about an hour."

We had a pool party reprise that afternoon.
Leia cleaned all my gnomes and....
ROCKS!
Luke thought there was a monkey on his head.
The evening entertainment was some native American dancers.
They were all terrific!
The costumes were impressive!
The woman's name was Bethany.

The Wilkins watched the fireworks from the park, but Grandpa, Joyce and
I watched from our front porch. They weren't bad through a pair of field glasses.
I love small town celebrations. I hope we can be apart of Levan's celebrations again soon!
