Sept. 9: This morning I drove up to
Thanksgiving point for the Timpanogos Story Telling Festival. It was my
first experience with it and I enjoyed every minute. I met my cousins: Sarah Shuler and Wendy Pope there. Some stories were biographical, some historical, some
were myths or tales from a specific culture. Each story teller was
unique, but I enjoyed them all. It was a nearly perfect day.
I experienced the Light of the World Garden there for the first time.
Each statue is at least life-sized and depicts scenes from the Savior's life.
The same sculptor has the First Vision on
display just outside this garden.
Wow! That is another place I will have to put on my Utah bucket list. I am so glad you got to go.
