Sept 10: Hurricane Irma hit Florida today.  The eye passed within 30 miles of Scott and Janna.  Gratefully, they lost only one tree, plus lots of Spanish moss and limbs.  They had torrential rain, but no flooding at their home.  The ranch flooded, but due to pre-planning it drained quickly.  Although thousands and thousands were out of power, Scott and Janna were only out for one day.  We know prayers are answered, and Bishops have extra protection so they can take care of their flock. :)

  1. IT really was a year for hurricanes wasn't it? We were all pretty blessed to have as little damage as we did.
